In December, 2006, a caravan of writers, photographers and artists from seven European countries and the United States toured Iran for three weeks with a delegation of Iranian counterparts, stopping in the romantic, historic cities of Tehran, Shiraz, Yazd and Isfahan, participating in cultural workshops, lectures and discussions, seeking to discover the heart of this much-talked-about but little-known nation.
